Hotel has been fully refurbished to a high standard at significant cost. All facilities needed in the room. Very clean, spotless bedding and towels, tv, aircon, hairdryer, usb charging points etc. Complimentary soap and shampoo provided. Staff very friendly, even warmed up my room for my arrival. Location is excellent. Being a city centre location parking is tricky, I found a space in a nearby street.

great location right in the center of the city, close to bars and restaurants. we were very pleasantly surprised to see how lively Serres is at night. the hotel takes you back in time,.. almost with an old French Quarter charm. the staff was very nice and even brought us coffee in the room at 6 am since we had an early departure and no coffee shops were open yet.

Very nice staff- as we were with a toddler, they promoted us both times from a double room to a suit. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Also the location of hotel is perfect -close to the centre and also next to it there is a great bakery for breakfast:) we recommend it, and we’ ll choose it again fir our next transit trip. Thank you.

The staff was excellent, very friendly and helpful. The room was nice and very clean, although it was showing some wear and tear, especially in the bathroom, not a big deal though. Although there is no parking at the location there is paid parking nearby and also the staff let me park my motorcycle safely in front of the hotel.

Everything about the hotel was very good. The location was top notch. Right in the centre. The host always tries his best to find you a parking place. He was very kind. The hotel itself is clean, with very nice bedrooms and bathrooms. We liked everything about it. Our towels were changed every day. We liked it a lot.
